Whistleblower-system

On February 25, 2023, the Whistleblower Protection Act came into force, transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 ("Whistleblower Directive") into national law. In accordance with the EU Directive, the law provides for the establishment of a body for the confidential reporting of EU law violations.
